Administrative personnel and HR leadership can know comprehensive analyses of employee demographics (current and past). This information is important for strategic planning, national accreditation standards, board reporting, and human resource management.
The TIMAS system is among the first digital systems in the U.S. designed primarily for health centers that serve people diagnosed with an intellectual disability. While TIMAS itself is not EHR certified, it is capable of certification by a provider. In 2012 a provider agency, with assistance from the TIMAS Team, was successful in undergoing the application process, and achieved national certification for their electronic health record using TEHRM 2012 1.1 (TIMAS Electronic Health Record Module).
Fully integrated, in addition to benefit & time-keeping analysis, TIMAS also alerts the employee of important information, such as needed trainings specific to the person served, fire-safety online trainings, HR compliance, staff training requirements (e.g., RELIAS Learning, College of Direct-Support), and much more.
From its inception, TIMAS has focused on Protection-from-Harm by providing the organization comprehensive data, investigation analyses, and electronic incident management information. The sample report is one of many examples of the kinds of confidential data and graph analyses available to the organization.
Initiated in 1989, TIMAS was among the first digital information systems designed specifically for organizations that served people with mental and physical disabilities. Since then, we have continued to pioneer strategies designed to empower organizations to improve quality, measure outcomes, control expenses, increase revenue, and enhance security.
See what people are saying about TIMAS, including licensed healthcare professionals, CEOs, administrators, direct support professionals, ICF/IID staff, attorneys, national accreditation surveyors, vocational training managers, human resource personnel, etc.
TIMAS includes a fully-integrated, comprehensive human resources module with many reports that can be easily generated. TIMAS provides you the means to manage your human resources by tracking your training (core and training specific) and by utilizing time-keeping, comprehensive staff planning & monitoring to control excess staffing overtime costs. These are only a few of the features of the TIMAS HR Module.
One of the few digital systems designed specifically for organizations that serve people with mental and physical disabilities that tracks personal finances of people served. Since 1990, TIMAS has helped track personal funds for the person served, enhance accountability, and provide staff a practical means to follow best practices for fiduciary oversight of personal spending and financial management.
TIMAS tracks a comprehensive array of practical data, including the recipient's personal inventory. There are hundreds of reports in the system designed to give easy and quick access to needed information regarding the person served. With the personal inventory tracking feature, you can know with the click of a button simple but needed details regarding a person's belongings and the value of each item.
